For those who have not yet seen it, I’ve published an article at TheTorah.com. There, I do my best to convey general, historical Karaite attitudes towards Yom Teruah.
Please check it out here and let me know what you think.

TISHREI? Seriously?
And men wearing yarmulkes on the cover…oyyyy!
Still, is this book available for purchase somewhere?
As for your article, I wish I could read it but the link does not work.
Hi Monika, the book is almost entirely in hebrew. If you are still interested, please let me know. Also, here is the link: http://thetorah.com/a-karaites-experience-of-yom-teruah/
Finally, I am not sure that the issue of head-coverings is so simple. (And, yes, I would prefer the use of Seventh Month, rather than Tishrei, but these names have been a part of the Jewish tradition since biblical times, for better or worse.)
I would love to hear your thoughts on headcoverings for men, and for women.
Hi Dani,
Let me think about this. These topics tend to be beyond the scope of what I do here. If I can find something interesting to say about this I will.
What sparked your interest in the topic?
